Dye Sublimation
is the transition of a substance (dye) from the solid phase directly
to the vapor phase. Essentially during the Dye Sublimation Process, an
image is “Tattooed” into the powder coat base. This compares to other
processes which decorate only the surface of the base material. Dye
Sublimation is both COST EFFECTIVE, and maintains the DURABILITY of
the base powder coat. The design transfers right into the coating, or
the part itself. You can even sublimate directly into some plastics!
Since it's a digital process, there are limitless design capabilities,
with 3-dimension capabilities as well. Dye Sublimation is UV
resistant. Best of all, Dye Sublimation is an extremely
GREEN FRIENDLY
process!
